The Blues are putting in all works to make sure that they capitalize on the present inconsistent form of the Spanish Champions, Real Madrid.
Chelsea do not want to let go of their talisman, Hazard, whom due to his form and potentials have drawn attention of the Spaniards. Eden Hazard is yet to renew his contract at Stamford Bridge as he awaits whether Los Blancos would make a push for his signature next season.
The Belgian's contract at Chelsea still has 18-months of breath in it but The Blues wants to take advantage of uncertainty from the Spanish side thereby getting Hazard to renew extend his contract the club.
Yet, Real Madrid are still battling with the bad management situations following the sack of their former manager, Lopetegui thereby temporary leaving Santiago Solari as the decision-maker.
Although , Madrid earlier on made a move to sign Chelsea's former coach, Antonio Conte who is not on any contract, but their plans were put on hold as some series of sagas arose concerning the Chelsea former manager.
Los Blancos would have to be patient till the end of the season when going for the signature of either Jose or Pochettino won't be a problem.
Sources also have it that Belguim national team manager is linked with a move to Santiago Bernebeu but the F.A are claiming that they have not recieved any formal approach from Real Madrid.
This wave shaking the managerial team of Real Madrid has given Chelsea the platform to capitalize on and get the 27 year old forward to extend his contract although a move to Santiago Bernebeu could be a boost to his career but The Blues believes that he can get to his peak even while at London.
On the other hand, the Blues manager who moved in from Napoli, Sarri has told Eden that he can win the Ballon d’Or and Champions League at Chelsea and officials are prepared to remind him that, as well as being able to earn close to £400,000-a-week at Chelsea, Hazard could become a genuine club legend by staying put.
The Club also claims to be the only group in the universe that knows what makes the Belgian happy than anyone else and also that a move to Madrid might mean him risking the odds of being the center of attraction just like he is at Stamford Bridge.
Not withstanding, the Belgian just returned from a back injury and has been reported to be fit for today visit to Crystal Palace, but Maurizio Sarri has once claimed that the 27 year old won't be able to display for 90 minutes, same thing he said the last time against Newcastle and the Talisman ended up taking part in every minute of their 90 minutes of play against Newcastle United.
Maurizio Sarri plans to strengthen their odds of keeping the forward as he projects to put the captain band on his arm as a kind of incentive, he believes that Hazard would be in a better position to discharge properly the proposed duties.

The present captain is Cahill but due to his irregular appearance on Sarri's formation and also his departure plans, Azpilicueta who is always on the manager's formation will have to take charge, that is the main reason he is the assistant
In an interview, Sarri said "As we have seen in the last matches, the captain is Cahill, like in the last match, when he isn’t on the pitch our captain is Azpilicueta. Our captain is Cahill".
“Cahill was the captain last season. I spoke with his team-mates and they all told me he really was a very good captain. Sarri said, when asked why it has taken him three months to confirm Gary Cahill keeps the captaincy post or whether to place an alternative just like Hazard.`
Reports also gathered that Cahill has an uncertain plan to leave in January but due to the fact he is been used in the League cup and Europa League matches by Maurizio.
“It depends on him, he played very often in the last seven or eight matches. I don’t know. It depends on him and the club. For me, Cahill is very important on the pitch and out of the pitch.” Sarri added.
Back to Eden's corner, who have decided to wait till the end of the year when the water shall settle at Madrid management quarter and also to know the chances of his present side to compete among the top four.
This has widened the fear of losing Hazard as he might decide at any point to leave to his dream club while still observing things.
